Doelstelling
De Stichting heeft ten doel het samenbrengen van personenen en het bevorderen van uitwisseling van gedachten tussen personen van verschillende sociale en culturele achtergrond ter bestudering van en het begrijpen van de grote wereldfilosofieen en wereldgodsdiensten. De Stichting heeft een religieus karakter.
Het beleidsplan
De Stichting bevoordt de onderlinge contacten tussen geinteresseerden in genoemde ideeen, behalve door genoemde bijeenkomsten, door het organiseren van presentaties, excursies en diners, dit alles op een non-profit basis.
Personen die geinteresseerd zijn in het gedachtengoed van verschillende religies en spirituele bewegingen kunnen lid worden na het bijwonen van introductiebijeenkomsten.
De geldmiddelen bestaan uit contributies, donaties en giften.

Het beloningsbeleid
De bestuurders ontvangen geen financiële vergoeding voor hun diensten. Zij voeren hun activiteiten pro deo uit.
